Xango ("we") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

1. Information we may collect from you

1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.1.1 we do not ask for, collate nor store any personal details about you during registration, other than your email address.

1.1.2 information that you provide by filling in forms on our Xango! Live Music website (our "site"). This includes information provided at the time of registering an account, completing our contact us submission form. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.

1.1.3 if you contact us letter or email, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

1.1.4 if you contact us by telephone, we may record our telephone conversation for training purposes.

1.1.5 we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;

1.1.6 details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.

2. IP addresses and cookies

2.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users´ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

2.2 For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general Internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer´s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. Again, this involves NO personal details or information. They enable us:
